DO_
- Use the correct project.
- Use the correct issue type.
- Use a relevant title, longer than 3 words and shorter than 10.
- Add a full description with all required context, summary and deadlines.
- Link to any relevant documents or Wiki / Confluence pages.
- Link to ticket dependencies.
- Tag relevant stakeholders.
DO NOT_
- Assign a ticket directly to someone in a project you do not own.
- Scope story point values.
- Assign labels.
- Specify a CRITICAL priority unless that is accurate.
- Specify an unrealistic due date.
- Specify story points.
